Why For K.I.C.K.S.? The laws of physics state that the earlier you influence a ball traveling along a certain path, the greater amount of impact your influence will have on the balls ultimate destination. The laws of human nature say much the same thing about children.

Armed with enough positive influences early on in life, children of all backgrounds can show remarkable resiliency in the face of later obstacles. That’s what the For K.I.C.K.S. program is all about.

ProAction Cops & Kids

ProAction is the largest single supporter of For K.I.C.K.S.

In 1991 ProAction Cops & Kids was founded in Toronto by John L. Bitove Sr., and since that time ProAction has become the largest private funder of Toronto Police programs for at-risk youth.

For KICKS Summer Program

From July 21 to August 22 of this year, the organizers of ForKICKS ran a five week soccer program, targeting local at-risk youth. The program concentrated not only on soccer skills, but on lifeskills and leadership qualities, as well as having fun!

The Caribbean Chiefs of Police Conference

Following the two days of soccer clinics in Kingston, Officers involved in the forKICKS program travelled to Ocho Rios to attend the Caribbean Chiefs of Police Conference.
